Flor de Sal - Exquisite sea salt
Handmade and pure natural sea salt. The first layer of the salines is being scooped of by hand during the summer month in the nature reserve of „Es Trenc“, in the south east of Majorca. We offer four variations: Flor de Sal pure, with black olives, hibiscus or with mediterranean herbs.

Escates d´es Trenc - thin, fine flakes of salt

Fine pyramidal crystals of salt arise from filtrated and heated sea water. During this procedure foam emerges to the top, then it is scooped off by hand and dried in the sun. These fine flakes of crystalized salt will brillantly accompany the taste of your food, for example : Fresh salmon with tomato- wine sauce. Furthermore these wonderful flakes can be absolutely decorative on salads and grilled or barbecued meat. You should use this special sea salt when food is fully cooked to keep its mild and sweet aroma combined with the tender crispy consistency.
