Bitter-Orange Jam “Fet a Sóller”

The bitter-orange shines in bright orange whilst still on the tree, with a peel that´s thicker than those from other oranges. The white skin underneath the peel is bitter and its juice and pulp are very sour. Its not very eatable but its suitable for making jam. This untreated orange comes from Sóllers orange cultivating gardens and is used for our authentic bitter-orange jam.
