Orange marmalade "Sant Bartomeu"
This excellent orange marmalade is made by the Rural Cooperative of Sóller.They use freshly harvested and untreated oranges of the grade "Canoneta". With its unique, sweet-sour taste it adds a slightly amarge nuance to the marmalade. The orange fruit "Canoneta" is cultivated in the valley of Sóller and is also named "fruit of Sóller spring".
