Don Mateu, the owner of the manufactory in Sóller created a recipe for pure tasting vegetarian paté based on tofu, red pepper, onions, olive oil, almonds, a pinch of salt and last but not least fine herbs. A terrificly yummy treat to spread on your crunchy breakfast toast or as a healthy little snack in combination with Quely wholemeal biscuits.
