A sweet tasting orange without any treatment and additives. It´s midsized with a hard skin. The pulp contains only little acid and is therefore very sweet. It contains hardly any seeds. They belong to a very juicy type of orange and ripen a little faster. Available now. [ more ]

Since mid-January we are harvesting the popular Navel oranges on Mallorca. They belong to the best dining oranges, because they have a very fine pulp and a high proportion of sugar. Therefore, they taste only slightly sour and wonderfully sweet. You can quite easily recongnize the Navel oranges by a small secondary fruit which is embedded like a navel at the top of the fruit. A sweet orange that is used to make juice. Its 55% juice and its thin skin makes this little orange difficult to peel but its juice is incomparable with a sweet, intensive aroma. Of course, our “Canoneta” orange is free from additives, and not waxed. [ more ]

The bitter orange is available from now on until the end of February. It is ideal for the preparation of bitter orange marmalade, because their taste is very sour and intensely bitter. The bitter orange is a rare varienty orange species - ours are obviously untreated and fresh from the tree. [ more ]
