Afterwards, they are pickled in the finest brandy along with grated orange peel, which gives them atheir unique taste. Cookies “Quely have” a long tradition here on Majorca. They were invented in 1853, when shipowners frequently asked “Forn Ca’n Guixe” in Inca/Majorca, for a nutricious bread like pastry that would keep fresh and crisp during long journeys. No sooner said than done. From then on these easy to make cookies (wheat flour, Sunflower-, olive oil and sea salt) wouldn´t be missing in any majorcan pantry. They are tasty and crispy, digestible, sugar free and keep fresh for a long time. Taste good on their own as well as in combination to sweet or salty products. Ideal for children.

Turrón Fuerte Artesano

Turrón is being produced in Spain since the 16th century. A confectionary that most propably came with the moors. Since then it has become very popular amongst the Spanish and can be found in many variations usualy consisting of almonds, honey, sugar and albumen, moulded to an oblong bar. We offer the classic version made of almonds (60%), honey, sugar, lemon and cinnamon, that´s made in Inca/Majorca.
