The beautiful, slightly pink and white flowers of the almond trees open up everybody´s heart. We offer you sweet, peeled almonds freshly harvested and hermetically sealed. Original figs from Sóller are harvested fully ripened and then dried with great care. Afterwards, they are pickled in the finest brandy along with grated orange peel, which gives them atheir unique taste. Turrón is being produced in Spain since the 16th century. A confectionary that most propably came with the moors. Since then it has become very popular amongst the Spanish and can be found in many variations usualy consisting of almonds, honey, sugar and albumen, moulded to an oblong bar. We offer the classic version made of almonds (60%), honey, sugar, lemon and cinnamon, that´s made in Inca/Majorca. [ more ]
