“Hierbas” is an anis liqueur macerated with different aromatic herbs. The traditional Hiebas made at the “Dos Perellons” distillery is produced with an old traditional recepie that already existed since the distilleries foundation in 1882, being handed down from generation to generation. The indication of country of origin guarantees the quality of this product since 2002. Fennel, verbena, rosmary, mint, majoram, chamomile, lime-tree blossom and lemon balm make this liqueur one of a kind with an unmistakable mediteranean taste. A true mallorcan digestif. [ more ]

Almond trees are like the olive and citric fruit trees, part of Mallorcas culture and landscape. Therefor its fruits are part of the culinary richness of Mallorcas kitchen. Here, they roast, dry, grind and chop up almonds to use them in every way possible. Like in century old traditions, they still make homemade schnapps out of the almond fruit. The distillery of “ Dos Perellons” est. 1882 in Llubí wants to pay tribute to Mallorcas loved almonds by creating this special almond schnapps. [ more ]

“Palo” is Mallorcas traditional aperitif. The special taste of “Palo” is obtained by mixing sweet caramel with bitter chinchona bark. The offered “Palo” is handmade, with the same recepie as in the 19th century. Its made of caramelized sugar and an infusion of herbs containing chinchoa bark and gentian before adding carefuly selected molasses-alcohol. Afterwards comes the vinification in wooden barrels.
