Using very ripe grapes as in the old traditional ways of wine pressing here in Mallorca, it has a big influence on the aroma of the wine making it sweet. Thanks to the combination with Chardonnay grapes while aging for several month in the bodegas of “ca´n Ribas”, it gets a noble twist, displayed as rich, aromatic and firm with a fruity nuance.
