Preparation

Remove the germ from the garlic cloves, cut the peeled potato into small pieces, put both in a mortar, salt and pound to a fine puree. Add the SalsaSol Orange and olive oil in small quantities. When the oil is stirred into the mixture nice and slowly, a delicious, thick cream with a gritty consistency develops.
