Summer salad with chickpeas

Preparation
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. The next day, drain them and boil them for around 50 minutes until tender.
Peel the garlic and spring onions, cut into small pieces and place in a salad bowl.
Peel and dice the mango. Chop the parsley, cut the tomatoes, chillies and green pepper into small pieces and add to the salad bowl.
Drain the chickpeas and add to the mixture.
Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper, as well as the Salsa Sol Lemon and the BalsamOrange and mix well.
Garnish the salad with the black olives and enjoy!
