This farm was founded in the 14th century and owns 100 hectares of land in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The olive harvest follows the traditional manual method. It has more than 10,000 centenary olive trees that are organically grown to obtain superior quality and exceptional organoleptic qualities.
Roquissar is a soft green olive oil, slightly fruity but with personality. It is also slightly spicy and bitter in the mouth and it has notes of almonds.
