The first records of oil biscuits date back to the Inca period, in the Can Guixe oven belonging to the Domenech family, founders of the famous Quely brand.
The Ca’n Majoral wineries own a total of 17 hectares of vineyards where up to 14 different varieties of grapes are grown organically. His project defends respect for the natural environment of their vineyards, they take great care of the health of the plant and the interaction with the flora and fauna to achieve a high quality product without generating waste or damaging the land. All the wines are certified by the CBPAE (Balearic Council of Ecological Agricultural Production).

The extraordinary winery Castell Miquel is located in the middle of the Mallorcan nature reserve, the Tramuntana Mountains. In 2007, the Morey-Garau family opened a state-of-the-art winery in the centre of the island, equipped with the very latest technology. Since then, the family has been cultivating high-quality grapes in an environmentally friendly way on 55 hectares in and around Binissalem and Consell.
The cooperative of Sóller "Sant Bartomeu", which is over 100 years old, is an agricultural cooperative whose most important goal is that its members can make a living from their farms and thus preserve agriculture in the Sóller valley.
Farmers from Menorca have been found in the Cooperativa of the camp to produce naturally, cheese. The animals (cow and sheep) freely live on the pasture, the cheese is produced by hand, only of raw milk and is rubbed during the ripening period with cold-pressed olive oil.

It was one of the first domestic animals to be settled in Mallorca and has had an exceptional importance in the family economy of the rural population for several centuries. From an early age, the founder of the company, Mallorcan Jose Abellan, has been passionate about the autochthonous Porc Negre pig. Extremely loving and caring rearing coupled with special, balanced nutrition makes it possible to produce Mallorcan sausages of exclusive quality.
