Café Rico was founded in 1959 by Mr. Antonio Fontanet Obrador. Throughout the intervening years, the company has kept pace with change by keeping its production technology constantly up to date, but it has never lost sight of the original methods and systems that make our product unique, supplementing them with new formulas and products demanded by consumers.
The Mallorcan people love to grab a coffee in the bar around the corner; for breakfast and definitely after dinner.
These are the options they would choose:
• Cafè tot sol or espresso
• Cafè tallat or an espresso with a small dash of milk
• Cafè amb llet that is coffee with milk
This coffee culture has existed for ages and is of course constantly being expanded due to international tourism: an “American coffee” is a large black coffee that contains the same amount of coffee as the "cafè tot sol", but prepared with more water.
