Almonds
The almond tree or "Prunus dulcis", welcomes the spring in Mallorca. It shows us little flowers from white to light pink. Thousands of small, radiant blossoms, one next to the other, tree to tree, enchant the landscape: it is almond blossom!
Where the almonds grow, there is peace all year round - except for the tinkling of the sheep, some of which graze there.
During the almond growth process, beginning with the blossoming in January to March and ending with the harvest September to November, depending on the variety and the location, the almonds develops a valuable, energy-charged power full of natural minerals and vitamins that our body loves to consume.
This is a natural product without preservatives and additives. Craft produced crispy almods with a pinch of "Flor de Sal" and oranges. It gives healthy energie and tastes well.
