Canoneta – the juice orange with a very high juice content: approx. 55%.
Canoneta oranges are relatively small and have a peel that is difficult to separate from the flesh. They belong to the blonde orange family. An autochthonous variety from the valley of Sóller – a unique orange found here in Mallorca.
Very rich in vitamin C. Its juice is pleasantly sweet with an intense aroma.
Of course, our Canoneta juice oranges are completely natural, unwaxed, and free from preservatives.

Usage
Since our Mallorca oranges are unwaxed, the peel is also suitable for consumption:

Grated orange zest enhances cakes, pastries, and all kinds of desserts.

Dried in small pieces, the peel gives your tea a pleasantly fragrant and delicious aroma.

Freshly grated, orange zest adds a special touch to muesli, yogurt, or quark dishes.
Storage
Stored in a cool, dry place – for example, in the vegetable drawer of your refrigerator or a cool room (approx. 6–7°C) – our oranges from Mallorca keep fresh for a long time.
Important: Remove the fruits from the box immediately upon delivery!
Orange juice and orange fillets are also excellent for freezing.
