Queso Mahón Raw cow's milk cheese fully mature
From the happy cows of our neighbouring island Menorca comes the whole milk for the fully matured Mahon cheese. The cows feed on fresh grass and herbs in the meadows. You can taste that in the cheese. Handmade for Fet a Sóller, the piece of cheese matures in natural rind, preserved by extra virgin olive oil. (without chemical preservation). The cheese is awarded the Protected Designation of Origin Queso Mahón-Menorca D.O.P..

Cooperativa des Camp
Farmers from Menorca have been found in the Cooperativa of the camp to produce naturally, cheese. The animals (cow and sheep) freely live on the pasture, the cheese is produced by hand, only of raw milk and is rubbed during the ripening period with cold-pressed olive oil.BEST BEFORE:
