The bright orange red coloured “Tap de Cortí” spice, a local variety of paprika, gives the sobrasada sausage its bright colour. Made from lean pork in a natural casing and packed in a pretty box.
Natural casing not recommended for consumption. Our recommendation: unpack straight away and store it hanging like the Mallorcans at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
