This wine has a pale pink colour with an orange reflection inherent to the Mantonegro grape.
On the nose we find red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, citrus notes of grapefruit and white flower. It has delicate balsamic undertones with a sweet finish. Satiny and unctuous attack, with elegant texture and persistent, harmonious, balanced and inviting finish.
Accompanies grilled vegetables, fish cooked in sauce, rice dishes, omelettes, moussaka and Italian gastronomy.
