Cuvée of bergamot and lemon:
A special Triple Sec liqueur, very floral and playful on the nose, tart citrus flavours on the palate.
Tastes great neat on ice or in cocktail classics like a margarita: shake equal parts of liqueur, tequila and lime juice on ice.
Fresh bergamot from Valencia and lemons from the Soller Valley were macerated in neutral alcohol for several weeks and then gently distilled. The clear distillate would be sweetened with 150 g/l sugar and bottled unfiltered.

Eva & Stefan both have degrees in winemaking. They have been working and advising for a variety of wineries for more than 10 years, mainly on Mallorca, but also in Germany, Catalonia and California. In 2010 - before the big gin hype started - they distilled their first batch of gin for a winery they worked for and enjoyed so much that they decided to open their own distillery. They started in 2012 with GinEva - a regional artisanal gin with an emphasis on local ingredients from Mallorca such as fresh citrus fruits.
