Artisan Spirits Liqueur Mandarin Triple Sec
A special triple sec liqueur, the tangerine immediately captivates the nose and palate. An absolute pleasure - pure on ice or as a variant of the Sidecar Cocktail: shake equal parts of liqueur, brandy and lemon juice on ice.
The mandarins from the Sóller valley were macerated for several weeks in neutral alcohol and then gently distilled. The clear distillate was sweetened with 150 g/l sugar and then bottled unfiltered.

Eva & Stefan both have degrees in winemaking. They have been working and consulting for a variety of wineries for more than 10 years, mainly in Mallorca, but also in Germany, Catalonia and California.
In 2010, before the big gin hype started, they distilled their first batch of gin for a winery they worked for and enjoyed so much that they decided to open their own distillery. They started in 2012 with GinEva, a regional artisanal gin with a focus on local ingredients from Mallorca like fresh citrus and juniper.

In 2010 they distilled their first gin in a winery where they worked, a fact that they enjoyed so much that they decided to open their own distillery.
