"Hierbas" is an aniseed liqueur macerated with various aromatic herbs.
The traditional hierbas from the "Dos Perellons" distillery is produced according to an old recipe that was already a template when the company was founded in 1882 and has been passed down from generation to generation ever since. The geographical designation of origin "Herbes de Mallorca" has guaranteed the quality of this product since 2002.
Fennel, lemon verbena, rosemary, mint, marjoram, camomile, lime blossom and lemon balm give this liqueur its unmistakable Mediterranean flavour. A typical digestive liquor of the Mallorcans.
