The Prensal Blanc is a typical mallorcan grape variety, for this wine it has been blended with Chardonnay. After its fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15 ºC in stainless steel deposits this pale yellow - green wine has aromas of jasmine and geranium combined with pear, peach and apricot and notes of almonds. A fresh and clean white wine with good structure and long aftertaste. Ideal to be served with fish, pasta or rice. 2016. Serve at 6 - 8 ºC.
