A white wine from Mallorca with the galactic name "Supernova".
The wine, which shimmers light yellow in the glass, comes from the autochthonous grape variety "Premsal blanc", which has been cultivated for over 300 years in the vineyard of Bodega Ca'n Verdura in the Binissalem district. The young winemaker Tomeu attaches great importance to traditional, manual processing of his vines and presents a full-bodied, light, fruity wine with balanced acidity and a floral aroma with a hint of ripe pears.
