Ideal for every salad and to refine roasted meat and fish. Awarded the Oli de Mallorca designation of origin. D.O. Olive oil from Mallorca and the organic association Demeter own certificate for biodynamic cultivation.
Biodynamic Demeter agriculture follows a holistic approach. It ensures that the soil is fertilised naturally, and that farmers give more back to the soil than they take from it by cultivating plants. In addition, all chemical pesticides are avoided, and no other additives are used in the olive oil.
