The black, fully ripened olives from the Tramuntana Mountains are a culinary delight for the palate! The “Oliva mallorquina” is harvested by the local olive growers by hand. They are carefully processed in the traditional way by the agricultural cooperative. After being pickled in brine, the olives are accompanied with a splash of extra virgin olive oil and journey into the screw-top glass jar. They are strong and yet gentle in flavour - taste wonderful as an aperitif or as a side dish to a ham or cheese sandwich and most certainly should be enjoyed with a glass of red wine \"XA\" and a few Quely wholemeal biscuits as a light snack.
