Salad with goat cheese and tomato jam

Preparation
For the dressing:
Shake the oil, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and some of the tomato jam vigorously in a jar with a screw cap until an emulsion is formed.
For the salad:
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place them spaced on the edge of the plate, place the lettuce leaves in the middle of the plate and drizzle with the dressing. Briefly fry the goat cheese and place it on top of the salad with a dollop of tomato jam and sprinkle everything with the almonds.
