Jacket potatoes with lemon and olive oil

Preparation
Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Rub a baking dish with olive oil and place the potato pieces in it. Squeeze the lemon, mix with the olive oil and spices and pour over the potatoes.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
