Preparation

Clean and chop the mushrooms, peel and press the garlic.
Put the mushrooms, garlic and herbs in jars and fill with olive oil and store in the fridge. If you like it spicy, add a chilli pepper.

Let it warm up to room temperature before using the mushrooms as fresh mushrooms.
