Lemon marinade with "Pols Limon" for roasted chicken

Preparation

Put the water, garlic, white wine, spices and "pols de llimona" in the blender. Blend everything, then add rosemary, salt and pepper.

Place the cleaned and gutted chicken on a baking tray and brush with the spice marinade, pour the rest of the marinade into the chicken. Or place the chicken pieces in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.

Roast the chicken in the oven at 150ºC for 30 minutes.

Then add the vegetables and baste the chicken with the fat and sauce that is in the dish. Grill for the last 30 minutes using the oven's grill function until the skin is browned.
