The white onion or "Cebolla Blanca" has a very pleasant taste. Used for the original salad "Trampó". This typical summer salad is made with fine cut tomatoes, majorcan peppers and white onions, dressed with cold-pressed extra vrigin olive oil D.O., a bit of the salt flower "Flor de Sal" and some lemon juice: and "buen provecho"!
