Quintana Artisan semi-cured cheese

Quintana semi-cured Mahón-Menorca D.O.P. artisan cheese is made with raw cow's milk, 100% natural, without additives or preservatives, and refined by the Master Artisan Cheesemaker and Master Artisan Cheese Refiner.

Matured for 2 to 5 months, it is a firm, yellowish ivory-coloured cheese with an orange/brown rind, with an evolved dairy flavour and aromas, reminiscent of butter and toasted nuts, with a medium persistence in the mouth.

Perfect to enjoy on its own, as a star on cheese boards, with tapas and pinchos, or with risottos, artisan semi-cured cheese highlights the craftsmanship and passion that goes into each piece, offering a unique gastronomic experience.

They are the source of the perfect maturing, which gives Mahón-Menorca cheeses their inimitable flavour. Generation after generation, they select and mature their cheeses respecting exactly the same techniques, processes and spaces that were used more than 100 years ago.
