The famous "sobrasada" is undoubtedly the most popular type of sausage among Mallorcans. It is not missing from any "rebost", the Mallorcan larder.
It is available in a can. This is the version we offer you here. The pork meat used to make this hearty sausage spread contains the typical sweet paprika spice. This is also how the reddish colour comes about.
