3.10 Celler Ruc organic red wine
Brilliant aromas of red fruits. The acidity is perfectly integrated. The wine is long and deep.
- Visual aspect: Intense garnet color, with light blue tones.
- Nose: clean and bright. It has a clear aromatic intensity; where the aromas of the grapes are appreciated. Slightly mineral, with roasted tones from the aging in oak barrels.
- Mouth: very good entry into the mouth where a balance between acidity, tannin and alcohol is perceived. Red fruits and milk tones are perceived.
- Time in barrel: 7 months in French oak barrels.

The grapes are carefully harvested and sorted according to quality once they arrive at the winery. The resulting must is cooled to a temperature of 10ºC and stored for 4 days for a maceration prior to fermentation. The fermentation process takes about 14 days. It is then transferred to barrels where it remains for a maximum of 7 months. 225, 300 and 500 liter French oak barrels are used in order to preserve the primary aromas of the grapes as much as possible.

Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Merlot 25%, Callet 25% and Syrah 10%.

3.10 Celler was born in Pla de Llevant, in 2012 by the hand of three people passionate about wine and everything that surrounds it. Thir intention is to make quality wine with its own character.Details
