It is crafted 100% with Prensal Blanc grapes, a native variety from Mallorca, with 14 botanicals macerated for 40 days with agricultural alcohol, in 500 L oak barrels, imparting remarkable volume and complex aromas.
In its production, the Antonio Nadal distillery only uses the grape must itself to correct acidity, thus avoiding the addition of sugars or artificial additives (as most industrial vermouths do). Similarly, for pigmentation, caramel is not used; instead, it is achieved through infusions of raisins and plums.
This spectacular vermouth is ideal for sipping on the rocks with a wedge of orange or for crafting cocktail recipes such as the Americano, Negroni, or Manhattan.
