In 2018, Byron and Amber Holland embarked on a mission to capture the true essence of the beautiful island of Mallorca and infuse it into their products. Already involved in the alcohol industry, they witnessed the rise of craft distillation and recognized a golden opportunity to create something truly unique. That's when they realized there was a lack of premium craft spirits in Mallorca, and they decided to work their magic by experimenting with recipe development. Using the abundance of botanicals and fresh produce from the island, they introduced unusual and local ingredients, resulting in exceptional products that perfectly embody the spirit of Mallorca.
