Orange blossom honey
The honey is a pure aliment, natural and without additives. After the honey has matured in the honeycomb, the beekeeper harvests it, flings it cold from the honeycomb and bottles it. This orange blossom honey tastes wonderfully clear, flowery and intense, with a good acid component. Pure variety with mild sweetness and a pleasantly soft consistency.
Every crystallization of honey is a sign of purity and it can be liquefied again with a lukewarm water bath (max. 40 degrees) or on the heater and stir.
