Fet a Sóller® Vegan almond spread
Fresh almonds without any additives have been gently processed here into a cream with an extremely fine, almost liquid texture. Without sugar, without gluten. Wonderful as a bread topping with honey, or to thicken or refine sauces and vegetable dishes.
After some time, the almond oil may settle from the cream. This is a natural process and a sign that no additives have been used to prevent this natural separation of the ingredients. Simply stir vigorously to make the cream smooth again.
The consistency depends on the temperature; if you like it a little firmer, store the cream in the fridge.
