  1. In a pan with a diameter of ±25 cm, bring 1 liter of water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Once it starts boiling, open the bag, pour the contents into the pan, and stir lightly. Keep on high heat for 15 minutes.
  3. After those 15 minutes, turn off the heat, cover the pan, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:

"Pobler" rice, mix of mushrooms¹, sauté (green pepper, red pepper, onion, tomato powder, and extra virgin olive oil), pepper, salt, boletus edulis, saffron. ¹Cultivated mushrooms.

240g is equivalent to 2 servings.
