The ice cream from the small ice cream factory ‘Sa Fàbrica de Gelats’ in the heart of Mallorca's Tramuntana mountains has achieved cult status among gourmets. Following traditional ice cream-making methods in the Tramuntana mountains, ice cream of the highest quality is produced in the small mountain town of Sóller.
The ice cream is produced in ‘Sa Fàbrica de Gelats’ according to traditional recipes using high-quality milk and cream. Mallorca's Garden of Eden provides the rich fruits that are used in this delicious ice cream. Gentle processing of the fresh ingredients and valuable ingredients ensure excellent quality with a unique taste experience. The best of the island: a natural product with no genetically modified ingredients.
All sorbets have a very high fruit content from fully ripe local fruits...with no added colourings.
