The history of Oli Caimari dates back to before 1966, when our father, Antoni Mateu, and his brother registered the brand with which to market the oil produced and packaged from their olive groves in Caimari. A long tradition of producers that has taught us the importance of caring for each of the steps in the production of the product, from the land to the table.
