- After those 15 minutes, turn off the heat, cover the pan, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Ingredients:
"Pobler" rice, mix of mushrooms¹, sauté (green pepper, red pepper, onion, tomato powder, and extra virgin olive oil), pepper, salt, boletus edulis, saffron. ¹Cultivated mushrooms.
