Tasty cheese from happy cows. Since 3 generations the family Buerguera is making cheese with the milk of their own cows, living in a free space in the north of Mallorca. Traditionally handmade, the cheese has no artificial conservation or rind, day by day the pieces are rubbed with olive oil, and the so natural rind is growing and protecting the cheese.
