Short maturing soft cheese made with organic cow's milk, a high quality product.
The skin does not contain additives or waxes, the only ingredient which is added is sunflower oil, so it’s suitable for consumption. . Of course, due to the ripening process of the cheese, fungal spores can develop on the outer layer. You can stop this process by rubbing the rind with olive or sunflower oil every now and then.

A family business that was born from Joan's desire to do organic farming, in 1989 at the Finca Sa Teulera in Petra. His goal was to cultivate the land the old-fashioned way to recover it rather than deteriorate it. They have started to raise animals to have an agrobiodiversity that allows balance on the land, and they have recently started planting fruit trees.To grate the cheese, it is advisable to refrigerate before so that it hardens.
