Since 1937, the Pastor family has been dedicated themselves to wine-growing in the family-owned vineyard near the village of Santa María del Camí, in the so-called "Pla" of Majorca. In a typical wine cellar from the 18th century - now of course modernized - the unmixed wine "Encobeït" from the Mantonegro grape is being produced.
These grapes give a dark cherry red colour. Its floral-silky taste is accompanied by spice, leather and wood nuances. A balanced "red" with a long-lasting fruity taste.
