This winery is located in Binissalem and was founded in 1932 by Miquel Nadal Fiol. An exceptional winery built in the rock, consists of 75 French and American oak barrels. A total of approx. 30 hectares are cultivated with the varieties Merlot and Cabernet on their own land, - as well as the varieties Mantonegro, Cabernet, Callet, Prensal and Moscatel in partner companies. The storage time in the barrels is at least 9 months for the matured wines and 2 years in the bottle for the Reservas.Details
