The Ribas de Consell wine cellar, with more than three hundred years of experience in spanish wine production, is one of the oldest wineries on the island of Mallorca. The historic winery and production rooms are located in a listed mansion from the XVIII. century. The descendants of Pedro Ribas attach great importance to continuing the viticulture in his sense, with absolute respect for the land and its history. More than 40 hectares of vineyards are cultivated by hand and are among the oldest plantations with the largest variety of native grape varieties on the island. The bodega is currently working on the conversion to organic viticulture.Details
