Tasting notes:
Very deep cherry colour. On the nose it is a balance of fruits, mineral, and lee and barrel ageing. Pleasing, voluminous and elegant attack with velvety texture. Good balance of acidity and alcohol grade. Very long finish, where the varietal and ageing aromas reappear.
Pairs with all kinds of meats, including lamb and suckling pig, and also with cured cheeses, foie gras and mushroom dishes.
