Raspberry red in colour apears this rosé wine from the grape varieties Merlot and Tempranillo. It comes from the winery Pere Seda in Manacor / Mallorca. An intense Rosado, that smells like red, ripe fruit and fresh grass. Warm and soft on the palate with a perfectly balanced acidity-alcohol proportion and a slight touch of ginger.
An elegant, fresh, tasty and drinkable rosé, very good in combination with rice dishes, spicy pasta dishes, but also fine to be served with roast beef.
