Mollusca rosé wine Vi de la Terra Mallorca
Pale red color with orange hues. This wine is highly aromatic, with primary fruity aromas of strawberry, red berries, blackberry, and fig, along with floral notes of rose and almond blossom. It presents secondary dairy aromas of yeast. On the palate, it is a balanced and structured wine, with a lot of freshness upon entry. It has a long and persistent finish with a retro-nasal sensation where ripe strawberries, raspberry, and a mineral/salty undertone can be perceived.
Pairing: Wine recommended to pair with rice dishes, seafood, and fish.

The winery Vi Rei is the most southern located winery in Mallorca and produces distinctive wines due to the powerful combination of proximity to the sea and the nature of the soil. Historically, this region around LLucmajor is one of the first settled areas of Mallorca and already during roman times vines of excellent quality were planted here. In the 19th century, wine production almost completely came to a standstill due to a phylloxera plague.
