Mollusca Blanco white wine Vi de la Terra Mallorca
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Pale gold color. A clean and bright wine.
Nose: A very aromatic wine with primary fruity aromas (melon, lemon, and apricot) and floral notes (apple blossom). It has secondary dairy aromas (yeast). All of this is accompanied by a mineral background aroma, characteristic of the Sa Bassa Plana estate, due to its proximity to the sea.
Palate: Fresh and luscious attack, with well-integrated acidity that leads to a graceful and lively mouthfeel.
To be enjoyed with rice, pasta, fish, and white meat.

The winery Vi Rei is the most southern located winery in Mallorca and produces distinctive wines due to the powerful combination of proximity to the sea and the nature of the soil. Historically, this region around LLucmajor is one of the first settled areas of Mallorca and already during roman times vines of excellent quality were planted here. In the 19th century, wine production almost completely came to a standstill due to a phylloxera plague. In 2014 this winery was built with the latest technology, with the aim of producing top quality wines.Serving temperature: 10-12 degrees.
